Bb Flugelhorn Silver Plated, amado water keys, Large Bell flare produces very broad, dark tone. Great valve action, Leadpipe Modifications to improve playability and responsiveness. Standard trumpet mouthpiece fits as well as adapter to use Flugelhorn mouthpiece. 

Recently serviced, Chemically cleaned, silver dipped and polished. Slight silver wear on valve casing, but overall great silver condition.

#9 Callechio Leadpipe

  This Conn Constellation 36B is a preferred trumpet for many Lead Trumpet players around the world.  The unique body design, .438 Bore, 4 5/8" Bell diameter is complemented with a Callechio #9 Custom designed Leadpipe.  Nickel plated bell and lacquered slides and valve caps give a nice Silver and Gold color combination. 

  Recently serviced for improved playability.  Smooth Valve and slide action add to the performance of this trumpet.

  Callechio Leadpipe has extended length receiver, medium fast taper allows Large open feel with enormous projection.

Vintage Conn Double French Horn

  Vintage Conn Double French Horn finds it's way to South Texas country Shop. All the way from Central Mexico  Precision settings are required to reset broken Leadpipe.  Leadpipe was bent when knocked off instrument of course. Due to the age and delicate condition of this instrument, extreme controlled hand techniques were required to reshape-redesign pieces back to professional playing standards.

Bell dents removed using hand burnishing techniques. 

Rotors aligned, long and short bearings sweded and refit back

 to the closest allowable tolerance.  Hand lapping to allow 

smooth and quieter rotor action. 

Remount Leadpipe-reset and Precision reset-reshape

Braces and mounting braces.
